Göknur is the first company in Turkey to produce fruit juice concentrate and to produce ‘‘Organic Fruits’’ for the first time. With the agricultural raw materials that it launched in 2007, the company established a sustainable and competitive supply chain that begins in the field and is traceable to its final products. With these efforts, the company encouraged Turkish farmers to engage in organic and industrial agriculture.
As part of Göknur’s agriculture vision, it has built the ‘‘Nar Valley’’ in Adana Imamoğlu, ‘‘Apple Valley’’ in Niğde, and ‘‘Sour Cherry Valley’’ in Afyon where it grows apples, pomegranates, pears, apricots and peaches. Göknur also tests products such as strawberries and black carrots.
This fruit was sourced from the orchards that fulfilled the slogan ‘‘From the tree to the glass.’’
