Göknur entered into the manufacturing sector in 1998 with a modest fruit concentrate processing plant built in Niğde. The facility was the smallest factory in the industry with a daily fruit processing capacity of 200 tons. Göknur has increased the capacity of its Niğde plants by 10 times in 10 years, reaching 200 tons of fruit processing capacity to 2,000 tons.
Göknur has a daily fruit processing capacity of 7,200 tons - 1,200 tons in Adana-Kozan, 2,000 tons in Niğde, and 4,000 tons in Afyon plants. A wide range of fruits and vegetables such as apple, pear, carrot, quince, pomegranate, sour cherry, cherry, grapes, strawberry mulberry, berry, blackberry, blackberry, lemon, orange, mandarin, grape, fig, peach, apricot, plum and tomato are processed and the clear and cloudy fruit juice concentrate, fruit puree, puree concentration, fruit juice, and frozen fruits are produced.
