We continue to invest in our employees, our most valuable asset, with the ‘‘Göknur Academy’’ in 2021, for which we laid the foundations for 2017. Along with Göknur Academy, we structure and improve corporate learning processes and increase our efficiency and effectiveness.
We aim to make Göknur Gıda A.Ş. a school and in-depth expertise center in the industry. For this purpose, we prepare professional expertise programs in our areas of expertise with our in-house trainers.
Göknur Academy offers leadership development activities as well as training leading people directly who will carry our company into the future. It is planned for our employees under the Göknur Leadership Programs. we support the leadership development of our employees with self-leadership, leadership of others, and leadership development programs in their work. We also provide an environment where managers and professionals from different fields and backgrounds can share their knowledge and experiences. We also support individual and corporate development by running Göknur Mentoring and Coaching Programs.
At Göknur Academy, we design a learning and development process by combining methods that are most suitable for each employee’s learning needs and learning preferences. Accordingly, the Academy uses learning tools in a variety of ways, including in-class training and e-learning tools.
